I Care & Consult contributed to the development of a cost-effectiveness analysis methodology, designed for local authorities, to help them prioritize climate mitigation measures

During 2015, I Care & Consult provided support to the French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME) to develop a methodological guide on how local authorities can use cost-effectiveness analysis to prioritize climate mitigation actions within their climate and energy plan.
