The 3 Moroccan cities (Agadir, Oujda and Benslimane) participating in the European program CES MED, supported by I Care & Consult, have all joined the Covenant of Mayors and their Sustainable Energy Action Plan (SEAP) have been validated by the Joint Research Center (JRC).
These action plans allow to aim a greenhouse gas emissions reduction of 20% in 2020 (compared to 2013), and present an action plan with detailed “project fiches” and actions to raise the citizen’s awareness proposed to achieve this goal.
