Léo Genin is a manager in the I Care & Consult team. He works with companies and local authorities in France and internationally as project manager. Its main areas of intervention are the development of upstream strategy (enterprise, territory) and the development of urban projects in all sectors (transport, energy, economic development). He is also trained in project management missions for the development of environmental public policies and oversees strategic studies on climate and air quality for ADEME and AFD. Léo also has strong expertise in analyzing economic and environmental externalities through the management of several projects at different scales (territory, company, project).
Before joining I Care & Consult, Léo worked at CEPEL, the Brazilian Energy Research Center (Electrobas) on an economic and technical study of the implementation of a hybrid wind energy system in a rural community in northeast Brazilian.
Léo is a graduate of Ecole Centrale (Nantes) and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with specialization in energy planning,
